Our in-house restaurant sits on the ground floor under a pine-slatted ceiling, with brick pillars and a chequered tiled floor. It's where every morning begins with fresh aloo paratha and hot chai, and every evening winds down with slow-cooked Himachali dham, North Indian thalis, or simple Continental favourites.
