Family-run, mountain-born.
Paul Villa began as a family home in Chougan — lovingly opened to travellers who were searching for a quieter, more local way to experience Bir.

Built by hand. Run with care.
Every stone in our façade was laid by local masons. The pine ceilings, brick pillars, and wrought-iron balconies were chosen to echo the vernacular architecture of Kangra valley — and to age gracefully through Himalayan winters.
We are a small team. You'll often meet the owners at the front desk or in the restaurant — they know the best monastery to visit, which paragliding school flies in what weather, and where to find the cleanest fresh trout in the valley.
