Policies

Transparent and simple — so you know exactly what to expect.

Booking process

  1. Submit a booking request via our Book a Stay page with your dates, guest count and room choice.
  2. You'll see an instant price quote based on season and length of stay.
  3. We confirm availability within a few hours by phone or WhatsApp.
  4. To secure your booking, a 30% advance is requested via UPI/bank transfer.
  5. The remaining balance is payable at check-in (cash, UPI or card).

Cancellation policy

  • 7+ days before check-in: 100% refund of the advance paid.
  • 3 – 7 days before check-in: 50% refund.
  • Within 72 hours of check-in / no-show: Advance is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
  • Rebooking within 30 days is offered as a courtesy where possible.

Child policy

  • Below 5 years: Complimentary stay (existing bedding, no extra breakfast charge).
  • 5 – 10 years: 50% of the applicable extra-person charge per night.
  • 11 years and above: Treated as an adult; full extra-person charge applies.
  • Extra mattress available on request (subject to room occupancy limits).

Check-in & check-out

  • Check-in: 12:00 PM · Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability — please request in advance.
  • Valid government photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.

House rules

  • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
  • Pets are not allowed on the property.
  • Quiet hours: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM.
  • Visitors are welcome in the restaurant area but not in rooms after 9 PM.

Other information

  • GST as applicable is added to all published tariffs.
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi, parking and morning tea for all guests.
  • Airport/railway pickups can be arranged at cost — request at time of booking.
